Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience during these times.

InnovaStation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and reach out to our support team so we can assist you with the process.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
