Shipping Policy for InnovaStation

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

4. Damages and Issues

InnovaStation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure you have a great experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, and reach out to our support team so we can assist you with the process.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We will ship your order to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
