Return and Refund Policy for InnovaStation

Thank you for shopping at InnovaStation. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

1. Return Window

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items across our product ranges, including:

  • Personal care and wellness products.

  • Certain types of jewelry (e.g., pierced earrings).

  • Intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at innovastation.com@gmail.com. You must provide your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank).

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at innovastation.com@gmail.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at innovastation.com@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the damage.

8. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
